Green tea extract removes the smell of fat
-Boseong Green Tea Pork, with low cholesterol and green tea flavor, is free from toxic substances thanks to the green tea ingredients such as catechins and flavonoids. Fatty substances are excreted from the body while the pigs are being raised, significantly reducing its unique unpleasant smell while its moisture content, quality, and age enhance the tender taste. Even the lean cuts are not dry but soft and tender.

How Boseong Green Tea Pork is raised
